Recapitulation and Monitoring System for Container Service User Complaints at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar. This system successfully applies the Naive Bayes method to classify complaints based on categories. With the complaint data crud feature, as well as using Laravel Excel to import data into Excel files.
